Abstract
Invenţia se referă la medicină, în special la obstetrică şi este destinată tratamentului endometritei puerperale.Metoda propusă constă în introducerea unei suspensii de cultură de celule mononucleare, obţinute din sângele recipientei, paracervical la 3…6 zile ale perioadei de lăuzie de 1…3 ori în doză de 2 ml în combinare cu administrarea preparatelor uterotonice.Rezultatul invenţiei constă în acţiunea de imunostimulare, reducerea intoxicaţiei endogene şi a surmenajului medicamentos asupra organismului matern.
