Abstract

The invention relates to construction, in particular to installations for mixing bulk building materials, and can be used to accelerate the mixing process in the preparation of building mixes containing quartz sand and cement.The installation, according to the invention, comprises a flat rectangular container (1) equipped with a cover (2), on which, with the possibility of displacement along it, is placed a carriage (6), connected by means of the first (41) and the second (42) cables to the first (31) and the second (32) carriage (6) displacement unit, respectively. On the carriage (6), perpendicular to its longitudinal axis, are fixed teeth (11) for mixing, and in the cover (2) are made guides for the carriage (6) wheels and slots for teeth (11).

Acest fapt cauzează formarea pe particulele de nisip cuarţos 12 al sarcinilor electrice (proprietăţile piezoelectrice ale cuarţului; mărimea totală a sarcinii depinde în mod direct de acţiunea mecanică), iar câmpul electric atrage din porţia de ciment 10 particulele sale de ciment 13, ceea ce contribuie la amestecarea nisipului cu cimentul. For mixing, a very low speed of movement of the trolley 6 is also suitable. And during the increase in the speed of movement of the trolley 6, the mixture undergoes additional mechanical action, which is conventionally shown above by arrows (Fig. 2). This causes the formation of electric charges on the particles of quartz sand 12 (piezoelectric properties of quartz; the total magnitude of the charge directly depends on the mechanical action), and the electric field attracts its cement particles 13 from the cement portion 10, which contributes to the mixing of sand with cement. After the trolley 6 finishes moving along the vessel 1, the trolley 6 presses the second marginal switch 8, which disconnects the electric motor of the second moving block 32 and connects the electric motor of the first moving block 31. Now with the help of the first cable 41 the trolley 6 is transported by the electric motor of the first moving block 31 in the opposite direction - until the first marginal switch 5 is actuated. This disconnects the electric motor of the first moving block 31, and connects the electric motor of the second moving block of the trolley 6, after which the process is repeated until the required degree of homogenization of the mixture is reached.
