Abstract

It is claimed substituted oximethers having general formula I, as well fungicides and insecticides containing oximetherswherein R1 is alkyl, alkenyl, alkinyl, halogenalkyl, halogenalkenyl, alcoxyalkyl, cycloalkyl, cycloalkylalkyl cianalky,, alcoxycarbonylalkyl, arylalkyl, heteroarylalkyl, arylalkenyl or aryloxyalkyl, furthermore the aromatic or heteroaromatic ring is substituted respectively; R2 and R3 is hydrogen, alkyl, halogenoalkyl, alcoxy group, halogenoalcoxy group, halogen, ciano or nitro group;R3 is hydrogen, alkyl, cycloalkyl, halogenalkyl or aryl, by that, aromatic ring is substituted respectively and R5 and R6 are the same or different and its X is CH or N.
