Abstract

Invenţia se referă la medicină, în special la pulmonologia şi alergologia pediatrică, şi este destinată pronosticului variantelor de evoluţie a bronşitei recidivante la copii.Metoda propusă include relevarea din datele anamnestice a factorilor alergologici, factorilor nocivi ai microambianţei şi condiţiilor de trai, examinarea variantei clinice a bronşitei recidivante, determinarea indicilor imunologici, aprecierea parametrilor obţinuţi prin valori numerice şi calculul coeficienţilor de pronostic F0 şi F1 conform formulelor:F0=-13,11×DA-0,14×AA+89,4×CT+28,71×VC-81,26×NM+0,48×Ts+0,76×Bl+0,86×IgG-80,9;F1=-15,03×DA-0,23×AA+102,89×CT+35,38×VC-92,29×NM+0,57×Ts+0,83×Bl+0,74×IgG-109,09.În cazul în care F1 este mai mare decâtF0, se prognozează rezoluţia bronşitei recidivante în alergoze respiratorii.Rezultatul invenţiei constă în sporirea preciziei pronosticului.
