Abstract
Invenţia se referă la medicina veterinară, în special la reproducerea animalelor agricole şi poate fi aplicată pentru stimularea spermatogenezei la iepuri.Metoda de stimulare a spermatogenezei la iepuri constă în administrarea iepurilor per os a soluţiei ce conţine 2 mg/ml de sulfat de cupru pentahidrat, câte 1 ml per animal o dată pe zi, timp de 40 de zile.Aplicarea metodei propuse asigură sporirea mobilităţii şi concentraţiei gameţilor, indicelui absolut de supravieţuire şi integrităţii morfofuncţionale ale celulelor reproductive.The invention relates to veterinary medicine, in particular to the reproduction of agricultural animals and can be applied to stimulate spermatogenesis in rabbits. 1 ml per animal once a day, for 40 days.
