Abstract

Invenţia se referă la medicină, şi anume la pediatrie.Esenţa metodei constă în aceea că se relevă parametrii care să caracterizeze antecedentele ereditare de bronşită cronică (BC), antecedentele perinatale (AP), varianta clinică a bronşitei recidivante (VC), evoluţia recidivei (E), capacitatea vitală pulmonară (CVP) şi volumul expiraţiei forţate (VEF), se efectuează aprecierea parametrilor selectaţi prin valori numerice, apoi se calculează coeficienţii de pronostic F0 cecorespunde însănătoşirii şi F1 cecorespunde rezolvării bronşitei recidivante în bronşită cronică conform formulelor:F0 = 2,4 x BC + 2,9 x AP + 15,6 x VC + 3,34 x E + 0,55 x CVP - 0,14 x VEF - 29,7F1 = 3,6 x BC + 2,34 x AP + 11,5 x VC + 3,87 x E + 0,56 x CVP - 0,17 x VEF - 27,85şi în cazul în care F1 este mai mare decât F0 se prognozează o evoluţie a bronşitei recidivante în bronşită cronică.Rezultatul constă în determinarea celor mai informativi parametri clinico-paraclinici ai evoluţiei bronşitei recidivante.
