Domeniul folosirii: invenţia se referă la agricultură, în special la ameliorarea culturilor agricole, şi se poate folosi în procesul de ameliorare şi în genetică, cât şi în producţia agricolă. Esenţa invenţiei: în calitate de factor al cultivării seminţelor înaintea semănatului se foloseşte un câmp electric alternativ cu frecvenţă industrială, intensitatea de 1,25 sau 5 kV/cm şi expoziţia de 3-10 min.Revendicări:1.
