Abstract
The invention relates to the medical microbiology and may be used in the laboratory diagnosis for the selective separation of the Enterobacteriaceae family bacteria. The proposed nutritient medium contains agar Endo, di(m-O)-di[N -(2-oxy-1-naphtal)-a-oxybenzylidenhydrazonato-copper] dihydrate, dimethylformamide and distilled water at further components ratio, in g/L: Endo agar 40 di(m-O)-di[N -(2-oxy-1- naphtal)-a-oxybenzyliden-- hy-drazonato-copper] dihydrate 0,4...0,6 dimethylformamide 0,02...0,03 distilled water the rest. The technical result consists in the inhibition of the Proteus bacteria swarming. Claims: 1
