Abstract
Inventia se refera la agricultura, in particular la o instalatie pentru lansarea agentilor biologici. Instalatia, conform inventiei, contine un corp (1), in care este amplasata o camera cilindrica orizontala (2) cu ferestre de alimentare (3) in partea superioara si o fereastra de descarcare (6) a agentilor biologici (11) in partea inferioara; in camera este amplasat un snec (5) executat cu infasurarile spirelor orientate opus pe jumatatile de lungime, cu inceputurile lor deplasate pe circumferinta la 180 degree ; deasupra camerei cilindrice orizontale (2) este amplasata o camera refrigerenta (7) dotata cu elemente de racire de schimb(12), in care este amplasat un buncar detasabil (9) cu flotor (10); instalatia mai include un dispozitiv pneumatic de debitare a agentilor biologici conectat cu camera cilindrica orizontala (2) cu ajutorul unui niplu vertical (14), in care este amplasata o supapa (15) care este deschisa de electromagnet (16) la rotatia snecului (5), totodata dispozitivul pneumatic include un ventilator (13) unit cu o conducta orizontala (17) cu racord elastic (18) la capat; instalatia mai include un mecanism de actionare (4); un contor (19) de rotatii ale snecului (5); un dispozitiv in consola pentru montarea pe un mijloc de transport, care consta din doua coloane telescopice verticale, fixatoare, rampa orizontala, executata cu posibilitatea reglarii in plan vertical si orizontal fata de mijlocul de transport.The invention relates to agriculture, in particular to an installation for launching biological agents. The installation, according to the invention, contains a body (1), in which is located a horizontal cylindrical chamber (2) with feeding windows (3) in the upper part and a discharge window (6) of the biological agents (11) in the lower part ; in the room is placed a screw (5) executed with the windings of opposite turns oriented on half lengths, with their beginnings displaced on the circumference at 180 degrees; above the horizontal cylindrical chamber (2) is located a refrigerating chamber (7) equipped with cooling elements (12), in which a removable hopper (9) with a float (10) is located; The installation also includes a pneumatic device for cutting biological agents connected to the horizontal cylindrical chamber (2) by means of a vertical nipple (14), in which is located a valve (15) which is opened by the electromagnet (16) at the rotation of the screw (5). ), at the same time the pneumatic device includes a fan (13) joined with a horizontal pipe (17) with an elastic connection (18) at the end; the installation also includes a drive mechanism (4); a counter (19) for rotating the screw (5); a device in the console for mounting on a means of transport, consisting of two vertical telescopic columns, fasteners, horizontal ramp, executed with the possibility of adjusting vertically and horizontally with respect to the means of transport.
