Abstract
The invention relates to an air purifying and illuminating device that can be used as a household appliance.The device, according to the invention, consists of a cylindrical body (1), the upper end of which is made in the form of truncated cone and is equipped with a screw base (2) with lateral (3) and central (4) contacts, on the lower end (18), made closed, there are mounted an acoustic detector (5) with microprocessor, an automatic circuit breaker and light-emitting diodes (19). The body (1) is provided with an air filtration system, including a filter (12) with a HEPA-type layer and an active coal layer, a photocatalytic filter of TiO2 (13) and a filter (15) of silver nanofibres, a UV-lamp (14), one or two ionizers (16) with two needles (17) each, a turbine (10) for air pumping into the filtration system, installed on a shaft (8) by means of locating fixtures (9, 11), a transformer (6) with a power supply unit and an electric motor (7) with magnetic rotor for turbine (10) start-up, the body (1) being made with a horizontal slit in the upper part, and the lateral walls are partially formed of the filter (12).The result consists in inereasing the air purification efficiency and decreasing the electric power consumption.
