The invention relates to ethers saccharose, especially to the obtaining of 6-61-64-ethers of alkyl or benzyl of saccharose which as semiproducts might be used in the producing of saccharolose, the sweet of which outruns hundred times the saccharose.The purpose consists in increasing the efficiency of the product with special destination. For that saccharose acylater with tri-C1-C4 alkylortoacetate at the room temperature in solution or suspension into one organic inert dissolvent in the presence of catakyzen acide with subsequent hydrolysis of product obtained as surplus from the cantity theoritically necessary of water into one organic inert dissolvent being pH5-6 and the subsequent treatment with a surplus of tert amine base. In this case in the mixture of others obtained the content of 6-acetate saccharose attains 85%.
