Abstract
The invention refers to medicine, particularly to the laparoscopic surgery and can be used for laparoscopic cholecystectomy to patients with acute or chronic cholecystitis with increased risk of bile duct injury.The method, according to the invention, includes carrying out of laparoscopic approaches, mobilization of gallbladder, opening of its lumen on the anterior wall, from bottom up to the neck, aspiration of bile, removal of stones from the gallbladder, carrying out of resection of the gallbladder free part walls up to its bed, removal of resected tissues, coagulation of the mucous membrane of the gallbladder residual posterior wall and of the mucous infundibulocystic region, application of a purse-string suture in the infundibulocystic region, sanation, drainage of the subhepatic space and suture of laparoscopic wounds.
