Abstract

The invention relates to the field of mechanical engineering, namely to installations for surface treatment by plastic deformation and vibration smoothing by diamond of internal surfaces of cylindrical parts.The installation for vibration smoothing by diamond of internal surfaces of cylindrical parts includes a body (10) with a cartridge (1) for fixing the part (2), a holder (3) made in the form of a cylinder, at one end of which along its longitudinal axis is made a hole, in which is placed a screw (8) with the possibility of adjusting the tools (9) with diamonds (7), placed in the holes made on the holder (3), perpendicular to its longitudinal axis. At the same time, the holder (3) is placed with the possibility of back-and-forth displacement along guides (13), by means of an electromagnet (4), a spring (6) and a core (12), fixed to the other end of the holder (3), and the guides (13), the electromagnet (4) and the core (12) are installed on a mobile support (5), placed on guides (11).

Invenţia se referă la domeniul construcţiilor de maşini, şi anume la instalaţiile de prelucrare superficială prin deformare plastică şi prin vibronetezire cu diamant a suprafeţelor interioare ale pieselor cilindrice. Instalaţia de vibronetezire cu diamant a suprafeţelor interioare ale pieselor cilindrice, conform invenţiei, înlătură dezavantajele menţionate mai sus prin aceea că include un corp cu o mandrină pentru fixarea piesei, o portsculă executată în formă de cilindru, la un capăt al căreia de-a lungul axei ei longitudinale este executat un orificiu în care este amplasat un şurub cu posibilitatea reglării unor scule cu diamante, amplasate în nişte orificii executate pe portsculă, perpendicular axei ei longitudinale. Totodată portscula 3 se amplasează pe ghidajele 13 şi se fixează de miezul 12 prin intermediul unui bolţ 14 în aşa fel ca sculele să fie amplasate la capătul stâng al piesei 2. La acţionarea motorului instalaţiei, mandrina 1 şi piesa 2 se rotesc, totodată se include în lucru electromagnetul 4 care activează miezul 12 cu arcul 6, producând portsculei 3 mişcări de du-te-vino de-a lungul ghidajelor 13. Through the reciprocal rotational movements of the chuck 1 with the part 2 and the translational movements of the electromagnet 4, guides 13 and tool holder 3, diamond tools 9 7 produce vibro-grinding on the inner cylindrical surface of the workpiece 2. When the machining process is finished, the installation stops. The mobile support 5 is moved to the right, after which the chuck 1 is released and the machined workpiece is removed.
