Abstract

The invention relates to the medicine, namely to the traumatology and orthopedics. The purpose of the invention consists in the extrafocal osteosynthesis of the open comparison with the maximum adaptation thereof by “controllable” compression and apparatus for realization thereof. The pivotal apparatus is made of unoxidizable metal alloy, represents ascrew-clamp consisting of two core-carrying parts connected between them by the distractor - compressor turn buckle and two guide pins. On the core-carrying parts lateral surfaces are placed two grooves from each side for a more stable fixation. The pins are lancet-shape grinded and are easily introduced into the bone tissue and for a more stable fixation to the fragments are provided with a thead. They are introduced by means of a special spanner which has at one end a fixture for fixing the pin and at the other end a device for the compression connected to the handle by means of the fearing allowing easily to turn the handle. After the fragments open reduction by means of the spanner are introduced two pins into the proximal fragment and more into the distal one. After the wound suture it is mounted the apparatus with pins. Beginning with the 5-7 day it is made the “controllable” compression for the fragmets maximum adaptation.
