Abstract

The invention relates to the organic synthesis and concerns the obtaining of new phenylalkylamines with a biological activity and which may be used in pharmaceutical preparations which stimulate nervous system. The purpose of invention consists in the prepairation of stimulators with a new spectrum of actions.The method of obtaining phenylalkylamines is of general formula 1:wherein R1 represents C2-C8-alkyl with linear or branched chain, C7-C10-phenylalkyl, cycloalkyl C3-C8-phenyl, R2 represents C1-C8 alkyl with linear or branched chain, C1-C8-alkyl, substitutes by H, OH atom, with alkoxygroup which consists of 1 to 4 carbon atoms, alkyl with 3 carbon atoms and C3-C8-cycloalkyl substituted by phenyl provided that R1 and R2 groups contain together at least 5 carbon atoms and when R1 represents ethyl, R2 can not be isobutyl, or salts of these compounds by interaction of amine with general formula II:wherein R1 has the above indicated meaning with a compound of general formula III:wherein X represents halogen atom or the residue of sulphonic acid ester, R3 represents H atom or C1-C7-alkyl with linear or branched chain, C1-C7-alkyl substituted by halogen atom, OH, alkoxygroup with 1-4 carbon atoms, alkyl with 2 carbon atoms, substituted by phenyl:R4 represents H or R3 and B4 represents alkyl provided that R3 and R4 contain together no more than 7 carbon atoms, or R3 and R4 together with CH can form cycloalkyl nucleus with 3-8 carbon atoms. As agent with fixed acide is used an amino excess, organic base or unorganic or alkaline ion exchanger.The product separates in free form or under the shape of salt.
