Abstract

The invention relates to the power source for electrical resistance welding and may be used in disigning the welding transformers used in the industry and household.The single-phase transformer comprises a transformer core, a primary winding with taps, a polybobine secondary winding having an air gap relative to the primary one. The core is made splitted: a main bar and a peripheric one. On the general bar there are dislocated bobines of the secondary winding main part, made concentrically and alternatively to the primary one, which is reeled up over and between the bobines of secondary winding main part and on peripheric cores there are placed the bobines of the second winding auxilliary part and all the bobines of the second winding are serial interconnected.The technical result consists in core surface augmentation that allows to improve the heat removing from the transformer structure members.
