Abstract
The invention relates to the machine building particularly to the mixing devices and can be used in the technological processes of preparing dry and plastic concrete mixes.The mixer comprises a cylindrical body (1) installed with the possibility of reversible rotation around its horizontal axle with journals (2), which is carried by bearings (3); mixing members (4), made in the form of bars having a rectangular section, one of the diagonals of which is being placed along the axle and radially staggered in rows on the inner surface of the body; plates (5) radially fixed on the inner surface of the body between the longitudinal rows of the mixing members; reflectors (6) in the form of bars having a triungular section radially fixed on the inner surface of the body facing parts, a bin door (7).The technical result consists in increasing the intensity of mixing at the multiple partition of treated material into separate flows and the subsequent union thereof as to achieve the regular wear of the mixer elements.
