Abstract

The invention relates to microbiology and particularly, to a process for obtaining the reagent for determination of the microorganisms plasmocoagulation activity.Summary of the invention consists in addition into rabbit citric plasma diluted in the ratio of 1:5 of the maize smut chlamidospores Ustilago maydis in concentration of 1 vol.% and incubation thereof at 37 oC during 1 hour, after which complementary there is added saccharose at concentration of 0,75 mass.% and polyvinylpyrolidon at concentration of 0,3 mass.%, thereafter the reagent is dropped on the hydrophobic paper and is dried at 37°C during 2-3 hours.The technical result of the invention consists in increasing the stability of the obtained reagent.
