Abstract
The object of invention represents crystalline sucrolose with medium size of particles no more than 10 mcm and maxim size no more than twice outrunning medium size.Such a product posses a hygher thermostability. Is preference that medium size of particles not outrun 5, the maxim - 10 mcm.The method of increasing of thermostability of crystalline sucrolose includes its crushing throgh the jet with injector with the purpose to decrease the particle's size and to ensure their distributing after the size in such a way that their maxim size do not outrun the medium size more than twice.
