Abstract
Изобретение относится к медицине, в частности, к кардиологии, и может быть использовано для оценки риска развития патологических нарушений миокарда в доклиническом периоде.Сущность изобретения состоит в том, что с помощью штангенциркуля измеряют поперечную длину мочек ушей и длину поперечных складок мочек обеих ушей, с определением следующих вариаций с присвоением значений: отсутствие поперечной складки левой мочки - 0, правой мочки - 0; длина поперечной складки составляет до 50% от поперечной длины левой мочки - 1, правой мочки - 1; длина поперечной складки составляет больше 50%, но менее 100% от поперечной длины левой мочки - 2, правой мочки - 2; длина поперечной складки равна поперечной длине левой мочки - 3, правой мочки - 3; поперечная складка левой мочки содержит более одной линии - 4, правой мочки - 4. В случае, когда определяют сумму значений обеих ушей 0...5, оценивают минимальный риск, 6...15 - средний уровень риска, и 16...20 оценивают повышенный риск развития патологических нарушений миокарда.
