Abstract
Les performances analytiques et l'effet de chélation du vinaigre de cerise (Vg) des capteurs à électrodes en pâte de carbone modifié au phosphate naturel conçus pour la détection des ions calcium ont été évalués. Le vinaigre de cerise (Vg) a montré une affinité pour chélater les ions Ca2+ en solution, formant des complexes. La voltamétrie à onde carrée combinée à la voltamétrie cyclique et à la spectroscopie d'impédance électrochimique ont été utilisées pour caractériser la capacité de chélation de Vg en présence de métaux Ca2+.
