Abstract

La présente invention concerne des mécanismes mis en œuvre par un décodeur. Le procédé consiste : à recevoir un flux binaire ; et à traiter le flux binaire reçu, le flux binaire comprenant une première partie du flux binaire, la première partie du flux binaire fournissant des informations de présence de segment, et en outre, i) les informations de présence de segment indiquant qu'au moins certains segments d'un premier type de segment ne doivent pas être présents dans au moins une partie du flux binaire, ou ii) les informations de présence de segment indiquant qu'au moins certains segments du premier type de segment peuvent être présents dans au moins la partie du flux binaire.
