L'invention concerne un instrument de test capable de détecter rapidement la présence du coronavirus sars-cov2 dans un échantillon de frottis nasopharyngé ou oropharyngé d’un patient avec une sensibilité élevée. Le dispositif comprend un porte échantillon à lamelle de verre, un mini-spectromètre proche infra-rouge (nir) ayant une source de lumière d’excitation, une carte électronique d’acquisition des données, une carte électronique de stockage et de transfert des données, une interface d'alimentation usb, une application mobile pour le traitement des données spectrales et l’affichage des résultats. L’ensemble peut être relié à une base de données en cloud pour une amélioration permanente de la sensibilité de l’instrument de test.Disclosed is a test instrument capable of rapidly detecting the presence of the sars-cov2 coronavirus in a patient's nasopharyngeal or oropharyngeal swab specimen with high sensitivity. The device comprises a sample holder with a glass slide, a near infrared (nir) mini-spectrometer having an excitation light source, an electronic card for data acquisition, an electronic card for storing and transferring data , a usb power interface, a mobile app for processing spectral data and displaying results.
