Abstract

L’invention concerne une nouvelle conception d’une valve respiratoire à multiples entrées (oxygène, air frais, gaz anesthésique…) et à pression respiratoire réglable. Cette conception se base sur la valve de ruben classique en rajoutant d’autres entrées pour l’inspiration, en améliorant la technique du montage/démontage pour une fiabilité et un taux de disponibilité meilleurs. L’étanchéité du dispositif a été aussi revue et améliorée et adaptée à une fréquence élevée d’usage et de désinfection (enlèvement des filetages et des joints/colle). A l’entrée de ce système est monté un respirateur artificiel. La pression d’expiration est réglable via une soupape et ressort d’élongation réglable selon le besoin.The invention relates to a new design of a respiratory valve with multiple inlets (oxygen, fresh air, anesthetic gas, etc.) and with adjustable respiratory pressure. The tightness of the device has also been reviewed and improved and adapted to a high frequency of use and disinfection (removal of threads and gaskets/glue). At the entrance of this system is mounted an artificial respirator. The exhalation pressure is adjustable via a valve and adjustable elongation spring as needed.
