Abstract

Cette présente invention concerne un dispositif de communication industriel (gateway) multi-interfaces et multi protocoles de communication qui permet d'acquérir des données sous forme des trames modbus et des entrées analogiques et tout-ou-rien orientées par des •consignes configurées à travers l'interface tft. Ce gateway intelligent de communication industriel traite les données reçues d'équipement lié au gateway selon le type de modbus (rtu, ascii, tcp/ip) configuré, afin de convertir, adapter et transmettre la trame à la solution sans fil choisie que ça soit zigbee, lora, wifi, bluetooth, nb-10t selon la zone d'exploitation et la portée. Comme il permet également de commander des actionneurs sans fil et -collecter les informations venant auprès des instruments de mesures. Ce système permettra éventuellement l'intégration des objets connectés et des systèmes cyber physique dans le monde industriel automatisé en permettant la communication entre les différents équipements et dispositifs industriel qui utilisent le protocole de communication modbus, ce qui permet d'entamer la quatrième révolution industrielle dite l'industrie 4.0.This present invention relates to a multi-interface and multi-protocol industrial communication device (gateway) which makes it possible to acquire data in the form of modbus frames and analog and all-or-nothing inputs oriented by • setpoints configured through tft interface. This system will eventually allow the integration of connected objects and cyber physical systems in the automated industrial world by allowing communication between the various industrial equipment and devices that use the modbus communication protocol, which makes it possible to start the fourth industrial revolution known as industry 4.0.
