Abstract
Le système d’implants coaxiaux orthopédique proposé, comprend : - un cylindre principal creux (eléments 2, voir figure 6) comprenant sur la face cylindrique externe : une partie vissée, une partie impactée dans l’os (eléments 1) et une partie comprenant des fenêtres pour la sortie des morses de fixation. Ce cylindre comporte aussi en interne sur la face du fond, des ergots de guidage et d’orientation du cylindre secondaire (eléments 4, voir figure 7). - un couvercle d’orientation (elément 3, voir figure 8) comprenant des ergots de guidage de l’élément 4. - un cylindre secondaire divisé en trois fragments comprenant des morses de fixation, ces picots sont fixés dans l’os par une translation radiale, grâce à un écartement homogène le long du cylindre secondaire, par des vis d’écartement (elément 5, voir figure 9) dans un premier temps, ainsi qu’une vis de maintien d’écartement (elément 6, voir figure 10) dans la phase finale. - un implant final transcutané « la butée » (elément 7, voir figure 10), sur lequel nous attachons un système mécanique de rondelles, pour garantir une fixation stable et fiable de la prothèse orthopédique (elément 8) sur la butée.The proposed orthopedic coaxial implant system comprises: - a hollow main cylinder (elements 2, see figure 6) comprising on the external cylindrical face: a screwed part, a part impacted in the bone (elements 1) and a part comprising windows for the exit of the fixing walruses. This cylinder also has internally on the bottom face, guide and orientation pins of the secondary cylinder (elements 4, see Figure 7). - an orientation cover (element 3, see figure 8) comprising guide pins for element 4 - a secondary cylinder divided into three fragments comprising fixing jaws, these pins are fixed in the bone by a translation radial, thanks to a homogeneous spacing along the secondary cylinder, by spacing screws (item 5, see figure 9) initially, as well as a spacing retaining screw (item 6, see figure 10) in the final phase. - a final transcutaneous implant "the stop" (element 7, see figure 10), on which we attach a mechanical system of washers, to guarantee a stable and reliable fixation of the orthopedic prosthesis (element 8) on the stop.
