Abstract
La présente invention concerne un produit biofongicide et biostimulant à base d'une souche marocaine de trichoderma asperellum. Il est destiné aux traitements foliaire et racinaire de différentes espèces végétales contre un large spectre de pathogènes. Les résultats montrent une efficacité importante du produit. La technique de la production à grande échelle se fait sur un substrat végétal en pellets, humidifié avec l'eau distillée et inoculé par la suspension conidienne de trichoderma. La formulation visqueuse du produit se fait par neuf additifs permettant de maintenir la souche en vie et lui garder son pouvoir antagoniste de 9 à 12 mois à différentes températures. Les déchets de production sont recyclés par compostage avec le sol de la mamora permettant l'obtention d'un compost riche en conidies de trichoderma qui servira en pépinières.The present invention relates to a biofungicide and biostimulant product based on a Moroccan strain of trichoderma asperellum. It is intended for foliar and root treatments of different plant species against a wide spectrum of pathogens. The results show significant efficacy of the product. The technique of large-scale production is done on a plant substrate in pellets, moistened with distilled water and inoculated with the conidial suspension of trichoderma. The viscous formulation of the product is made by nine additives to keep the strain alive and keep its antagonistic power for 9 to 12 months at different temperatures. The production waste is recycled by composting with the soil of the mamora to obtain a compost rich in trichoderma conidia which will be used in nurseries.
