Abstract
L'idée consiste en la création d’une plateforme basée sur les technologies web, cloud et technologies mobiles permettant l’alerte précoce pour la prévention et la réduction des risques naturels (figure1 et figure2). Cette plateforme dédiée au suivi et monitoring des données concernant les risques naturels est développée pour constituer un support technique simple d’aide à la décision en matière de gestion et de prévention des risques naturels prenant en compte l'importance de minimiser le temps de traitement et de diffusion de cette l'information auprès des décideurs.The idea is to create a platform based on web technologies, cloud and mobile technologies allowing early warning for the prevention and reduction of natural risks (figure1 and figure2). This platform dedicated to the monitoring and monitoring of natural hazard data is developed to provide a simple technical support for decision-making in the management and prevention of natural hazards, taking into account the importance of minimizing the processing time and dissemination of this information to decision-makers.
