Abstract

Dispositif portable pour hémofiltration. L’invention concerne un dispositif portable pour hémofiltration qui comporte un hémofiltre (1) dont la coque plastique externe est fendue de plusieurs fentes (2) de telle manière à permettre un contact des fibres (3) contenues en son sein avec le milieu environnant. Cet hémofitre (1) est entouré d’une enveloppe plastique souple et hermétique (4) qui est fixée sur les pourtours des deux extrémités de la coque. Deux faces de cette enveloppe plastique sont fixées, par adhésif ou tout autre procédé de collage (5), sur deux plaques rectangulaires rigides échancrées en leurs milieux et parallèles (6). Entre les quatre coins des deux plaques sont montés quatre ressorts et parallèles (6). Entre les quatre coins des deux plaques sont montés quatre ressorts (7). Des tubulures en plastique médical sont reliées aux deux extrémités de l’hémofiltre. Après montage, on procédé a la création d’un vide à l’intérieur de l’hémofiltre et de l’enveloppe plastique par aspiration et on tend les ressorts. Le sang du patient recueilli d’une veine centrale passe à travers l’hémofiltre pour revenir via le second tube vers la deuxiéme branche du cathéter. La pression négative créée par l’extension des quatre ressorts provoque l’ultrafiltration du sang à travers les fibres de l’hémofiltre et ainsi du liquide s’accumule dans l’enveloppe plastique. The invention relates to a portable device for haemofiltration which comprises a haemofilter (1) whose outer plastic shell is slotted with a plurality of slots (2) so as to allow contact of the fibers (3) contained therein with the surrounding medium. This hemofitre (1) is surrounded by a flexible and hermetic plastic envelope (4) which is fixed on the periphery of both ends of the shell. Two faces of this plastic envelope are fixed, by adhesive or any other bonding method (5), on two rigid rectangular plates indented in their middle and parallel (6). Between the four corners of the two plates are mounted four springs and parallel (6). Between the four corners of the two plates are mounted four springs (7). Medical plastic tubing is connected to both ends of the hemofilter. After assembly, a vacuum is created inside the haemofilter and the plastic casing by suction and the springs are stretched. The patient's blood collected from a central vein passes through the haemofilter to return via the second tube to the second branch of the catheter. The negative pressure created by the extension of the four springs causes ultrafiltration of the blood through the fibers of the hemofilter and thus liquid accumulates in the plastic wrap.
