Abstract
La présente invention concerne un senseur colorimétrique d'oxygène dont le principe de fonctionnement est une réaction d'oxydation enzymatique. C'est un solide hydrogel sur lequel nous avons immobilisé la ppo et son substrat en absence d'oxygène.
