Abstract

L’invention concerne un procédé de traitement de surface et les opérations de polissage comprenant les étapes suivantes:- on enlève les impuretés qui existent au phosphate brut par un tamis: l'analyse granulométrique- on lave le phosphate avec l’eau distillée, suivi d’une filtration dans les conditions normales et on le sèche.- on humecte le phosphate par une solution de l’oxyde de titane- on humecte le phosphate dopé par tio2 par l’acide sulfurique et on le chauffe- on ajoute un volume d’eau saumâtre saturée pour préparer la recette- on prépare la formule chimique, appuyant sur un support constitue de la gomme des xanthome, un abrasif, la graisse et le terpènes d’orange.- on clarifie la surface par élimination des matières en suspension en mettant ledit flux en contact avec le phosphate modéré ou modifie en poste-traite la surface par un frottement secondairel’invention concerne encore un dispositif pour la mise en oeuvre dudit procédé
