Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé qui permet un traitement direct des bouchons en liège naturel, au moyen de fluides supercritiques, de façon à éliminer ou réduire de façon notable la quantité de contaminants du liège, en l'occurrence le 2,4,6-trichloroanisole. Le procédé met en Suvre un dispositif séparateur qui permet aux bouchons en liège naturel de subir des cycles de compression et décompression sans perdre leur forme et en conservant leurs propriétés d'étanchéité. L'invention concerne également les bouchons en liège naturel traités selon ce procédé.The present invention relates to a method which allows a direct treatment of natural cork stoppers, using supercritical fluids, so as to eliminate or significantly reduce the amount of cork contaminants, in this case 2,4,6- trichloroanisol. The method utilizes a separator device that allows the natural cork stoppers to undergo compression and decompression cycles without losing their shape and maintaining their sealing properties. The invention also relates to natural cork stoppers treated according to this method.
