Abstract

La présente invention concerne une soupape de cimentation (1) pour réaliser des opérations de cimentation dans un sondage qui comprend un tubage de revêtement (2). La soupape de cimentation (1) comprend un manchon coulissant intérieur (3) qui, dans une position fermée, recouvre un certain nombre d'ouvertures (4) à travers un tube extérieur (5) qui entoure le manchon coulissant intérieur (3), et, dans une position ouverte, découvre lesdites ouvertures (4), le manchon coulissant (3) comprenant un moyen d'actionnement (6) qui nécessite une force prédéterminée pour être actionné de manière qu'il passe de la position fermée à la position ouverte et vice versa, des moyens d'engagement (22) qui sont agencés sur l'intérieur du manchon coulissant (3) pour entrer en contact avec un outil de forage de puits qui comprend des moyens de serrage correspondants (23). La présente invention est caractérisée par le fait que la soupape de cimentation (1) comprend au moins une goupille de cisaillement (14) conçue de manière telle qu'une force prédéterminée est nécessaire pour dépasser la résistance au cisaillement de la goupille de cisaillement (14), le manchon coulissant (3) étant conçue pour se déplacer davantage au-delà de la goupille de cisaillement (14) lorsque la goupille de cisaillement (14) se rompt jusqu'à ce que les moyens d'actionnement (6) s'engagent dans une rainure (11).
