Abstract

Invention relates to measurement systems of utilities, especially, which determine the individual heat energy consumption in multi-tenant house with a vertical single-pipe distribution, namely: in heating sub-system (1) and hot tap water supply sub-system (2). Results from heating system temperature sensors (3), hot water temperature sensors (11) and hot water meters (12) of each apartment are transferred to the apartment microprocessor (19). Each apartment microprocessor (19) is linked to house processor (20). The total heat energy consumption data from incoming total water flow sensor (7), incoming total water temperature sensor (8), outgoing total water flow sensors (9) and outgoing total water temperature sensors (10) of heating sub-system (1) are transmitted to the house processor (20). The total heat energy consumption data from incoming total water flow sensor (15), incoming total water temperature sensor (16), total outgoing water flow sensors (17), total outgoing water temperature sensors (18) of hot tap water supply sub-system (2) are transmitted to the house processor (20). The house processor (20) calculates energy consumption of each apartment.
