Abstract
The invention refers to the field of extraction of bottom silt, particularly, sapropel from natural basins and its application, for instance, as a fertilizer, a filling agent in the production of building materials, as well as in medicine. The facility includes a submersible or a semi-submersible chamber with an intake element, an exit element, and a pump. According to the first version the chamber is equipped with a vertical dividing plate with a discharge pipe placed therein above the bottom of the chamber. The pump is placed in one part of the chamber, but the intake element in the other part of the chamber. According to the second version the chamber is equipped with an additional chamber connected to the main chamber by means of a discharge pipe placed therein above the bottom of the chamber. The pump is positioned in the additional chamber, but the intake element is positioned in the main chamber. The intake element in both versions is equipped with a feed valve and made in a form of a branch pipe, one part of which is placed outside of the chamber. The exit element is made in a form of a connected with the pump pressure pipe equipped with a backstroke valve. The discharge pipe is equipped with a mesh-filter. Such design will enable to enhance the serviceability of the facility due to the exclusion of breakage of the pump, as well as to reduce efforts due to the exclusion of additional operations on treatment of extracted sapropel from different tiny impurities and improve quality of the derived product.
