Abstract

The system and method for collecting and removing sludge from bioreactor are intended for water-treatment constructions with closed system of water supply. The sludge channel 4 of the sectioned bioreactor formed by the separating netting 3 and the bottom is provided with elastic valves 5 set in the sludge channel as the prolongation of the separating partitions 1. Elastic valves regulate different functions of the bioreactor. In the mode of biological cleaning of water the polluted water flow pass through the filling of the biofilter 2 in direction a, and the valves are closed while the sludge is being filtered out into the sludge channel. In the mode of sludge removal water flows in direction b, valves open and the washing flow removes the sludge from the bioreactor.
