Abstract

Invention relates to veterinary preparations for stimulating non-specific immunity in animals. The invention describes a method for producing the preparation from dog placenta. The method provides for cutting into small pieces, washing in distilled water and physiological solution, homogenising and incubating at +40C dog placenta. Further steps of the method are: separation of liquid phase, e.g., by centrifugation, incubation of supernatant at - 200C temperature, filtering and freeze drying. The preparation obtained stimulates activity of monocytes and phagocytes. It exhibits antitumor activity.
