Abstract

An invention pertains to the production of different articles of polymerous materials for domestic use including manufacture of specific furniture made of unified flat billets without their factory preassembly, e.g., for gardens, summer cottages, etc. It enables the possibility to simplify as much as possible the production, transportation and assembly of different articles used for domestic necessities, as well as to reduce the production price in its entirety ensuring at the same time an outer appearance (design) of good quality. The quasi-flat billet of spatial article is manufactured of thermoplastic or thermoset polymerous materials, or of the aforesaid materials cluster applying the injection moulding. In conformity with claims an invention is characterized in that billet is monolythic with definite outer contour being formed to shape in separate zones. Besides, it can have one or more internal openings and/or through cuts (incisions). Dimensions of all constituent sections of the billet are specified to match they for size so that they could unequivocally determine, within limits of their tolerances, shape and overall dimensions of an article to be produced subjecting the billet for the greatest part to the plastic flexural and tensile deformations in separate zones. Furthermore, the variable profile of the billet as to its thickness ensures the necessary set of article service properties (chiefly of strength properties under different values of load and loading modes). The method offered for the production of spatial articles is characterized in that separate parts of billet in definite sequence are subjected to the irreversible deformation one with regard to another. In the most part the billet is subjected to flexural and/or tensile deformation, rarely to the forsional strain.
