Abstract

An invention refers to the area of mechanics and can be used when renewing engineering communications in trenchless laying or replacement of faulty pipes lain in the ground. The purpose of an invention is laying pipelines in difficult-to-pass ground and preserving the tightness of joints at replacement of extended pipelines. The essence of an inventions is that the static force acting on a pipeline is created using a differential tackle block. Two variants of device for realising the method of laying pipelines allow to raise the force of the pulling mechanism two and tree times, respectively. In fig.1 a device is shown, which is intended for trenchless replacement of a pipeline (1) situated between two pits (2), (3), the said device being provided with a propulsion unit (4), a pulling mechanism (5), a cable (6) of which is extended through the said pipeline on the side of the receiving pit (3), and an expander (7), in the cavity of which one end of the section of a new pipeline (8) is fastened, a pushing flange (9) being fastened at the other end. According to the invention, on the inside of the flange (9) a block (10) is set, the propulsion unit (4) being immovably connected with the housing of the expander (7), in the frontal part of which two longitudinal channels (11), (12) are lain and the cable (6) is passed over the pulley of the block (10). The other end of the cable (6) is fastened at a stop (13) in the receiving pit (3). The device can optionally be supplied with a jack (14) installed in the inlet pit (2) and pressed to the outside of the pushing flange (9). The sections of the new pipeline (8) are fastened together by means of a multistart tread connection (15) or, alternatively, by a welding connection or a funnelled opening. The offered invention makes it possible to reduce the tensile stress acting on the joints between the sections of new pipelines (8) and thus to maintain them tight.
