Abstract
This invention relates to an energy conversion device, which may be used as a power supply for electric heating systems, as a drive for hydraulic pumps, etc. The object of the present invention is to stabilise the operation of the device in wide range of wave amplitude. This object is achieved by the following way. The float (1), that imparts a reciprocating motion to the sleeve (17) of the ratchet gear, is mounted on the guide (3) along which the float (1) is moving by means of the motion screw (4). The rotation of the motion screw (4) in one direction or in the other direction, as well as the change of the position of the float (1) about the rocking axis of the guide (3), is provided by the gear heel (7), which may either rock in phase with the float (1) or stop by means of the spring loaded catch (14) for the time of rise and lowering of the float (1). The float (1) doesn't change its position about the rocking axis of the guide (3). As the result the float (1) is moving along the guide (3) in one direction or in the other direction. This motion is given by the cam (19), which by means of the pushers (20 or 22) engages the catch (14) with the gear discs (10 or 11) of the gear wheel (7). Fig.1 is the side view of the device according the present invention.
