Abstract

The invention relates to packages, namely, to bottles, and may be used for styling bottles, for example, champagne bottles, by electrostatic flocking of a bottle surface previously covered with adhesive. The object of the invention consists in increasing quality of the production. The method for bottle surface flocking according to the present invention includes the steps of applying adhesive, flocking, drying and labelling, the label being stuck prior to flocking. The apparatus for bottle surface flocking according the present invention (see fig.1 and fig.2) includes equipment for applying adhesive, equipment for labelling and equipment for flocking. The equipment for applying adhesive comprises driving rollers (1) contacting the side surface of a bottle (2) and rollers (3 and 4) intended for applying adhesive onto the bottom and the neck of the bottle respectively, the rollers being made of foam rubber. The equipment for labelling comprises containers (6 and 8) and a holder (5) for holding said bottle (2). Said holder (5) is movable vertically in relation of said containers (6 and 8) which are located in opposition of each other and contain labels (7) and counter-labels (9) respectively. Said labels (7) and counter-labels (9) are fed to the adhesive-coated surface of said bottle (2) and are secured by spring-loaded pushers (10 and 11) respectively. Said containers (6 and 8) have bulges (12 and 13) intended for maintaining said labels (7) and counter-labels (9) and are secured on mobile couplings (14 and 15) movable horizontally.
