Abstract

This invention pertains to equipment operation control and is based on acceleration measuring. It can be used to control the operational integrity of wind electrical equipment. Its purpose is to extend functional capabilities.The control device (fig.1) contains an optical cable 1, wind electrical equipment 2, a light-emitting diode 3, a photocell 4, a threshold amplifier 5, an executive organ 6, control sectors 7, profiles 8 of the cable 1, rigid connections 9 and elastic pads for particular parts of the cable 1.When vibration appears, the cable 1, which has elastic connections with the wind electrical equipment in the profile 8, begins to vibrate, which causes deviation of the light guide along the longitudinal axis. This deviation makes the emission intensity of the light-emitting diode 3 in cable 1 change, as is perceived by the photocell 4. That activates the executive organ 6, which disconnects the generator of the wind equipment 2 from the loading.Due to the integrally optical measuring of the mechanical vibration acceleration level as well as the measuring of this parameter propagation by control sectors, the application of this method and the device eliminates accidents and extends the life of the wind electrical equipment.<IMAGE>
