Abstract
The present invention discloses a bent outlet pipe of a faucet with a heat-shrinkable film, comprising a bent outlet pipe (1), wherein a water spout (2) is arranged at an outlet end of the bent outlet pipe (1), a heat-shrinkable film (3) is arranged in the bent outlet pipe (1), one end of the heat-shrinkable film (3) extends out an inlet end of the bent outlet pipe (1) and then is back sleeved on an outer wall of the bent outlet pipe (1), the other end of the heat-shrinkable film (3) is sleeved on a T-shaped annular sleeve (4), an inner concave platform (41) is arranged in the T-shaped annular sleeve (4), and, after the heat-shrinkable film (3) is sleeved on the T-shaped annular sleeve (4), the end part of the heat-shrinkable film (3) is back sleeved inwards on the inner concave platform (41), a film pressing sleeve (5) is further arranged in the inner concave platform (41) to tightly press against the heat-shrinkable film (3), an inner convex ring (21) is arranged in the water spout (2), and the inner convex ring (21) presses against and fixes the T-shaped annular sleeve (4) on the bent outlet pipe (1). The present invention makes the water inside the bent outlet pipe (1) of the faucet separated from the metallic bent pipe and prevents the metal from being soaked by water to precipitate out heavy metal, thereby effectively avoiding health damages caused thereby and greatly improving water safety. The present invention is simple in structure and low in implementation cost. Fig. 1

BACKGROUND
Technical Field
The present invention relates to faucets, and in particular to a bent outlet pipe of a faucet with a heat-shrinkable film.
Related Art
At present, outlet pipes of faucets for kitchen sinks are made of a plurality of materials, including steel pipe, 201 and 304 stainless steel pipes, copper pipe and so on; these metals will precipitate out heavy metals when soaked by water, causing certain influence to the health of human bodies.
Therefore, it is necessary to improve and optimize existing bent outlet pipes of faucets.
Summary
In order to overcome the drawback in existing technologies, the present invention provides a bent outlet pipe of a faucet with a heat-shrinkable film, which can effectively isolate water current from a metallic water pipe.
The present invention adopts the following technical scheme to solve the technical problem: a bent outlet pipe of a faucet with a heat-shrinkable film comprises a bent outlet pipe, wherein a water spout is arranged at an outlet end of the bent outlet pipe, a heat-shrinkable film is arranged in the bent outlet pipe, one end of the heat-shrinkable film extends out an inlet end of the bent outlet pipe and then is back sleeved on an outer wall of the bent outlet pipe, the other end of the heat-shrinkable film is sleeved on a T-shaped annular sleeve, an inner concave platform is arranged in the T-shaped annular sleeve, and, after the heat-shrinkable film is sleeved on the T-shaped annular sleeve, the end part of the heat-shrinkable film is back sleeved inwards on the inner concave platform, a film pressing sleeve is further arranged in the inner concave platform to tightly press against the heat-shrinkable film, an inner convex ring is arranged in the water spout, and the inner convex ring presses against and fixes the T-shaped annular sleeve on the bent outlet pipe.
Further, a seal ring groove is arranged on the outer wall of the inlet end of the bent outlet pipe, and the heat-shrinkable film is back sleeved on the seal ring groove.
Further, a seal flat washer is arranged between the inner convex ring and the T-shaped annular sleeve.
Further, an internal thread is arranged on the water spout and the water spout is connected and fixed on the outlet of the bent outlet pipe through the internal thread.
The present invention has benefits as follows: the present invention adopting the above structure, by arranging the heat-shrinkable film in the bent outlet pipe of a faucet, makes the water inside the bent outlet pipe of the faucet separated from the metallic bent pipe and prevents the metal from being soaked by water to precipitate out heavy metal, thereby effectively avoiding health damages caused thereby and greatly improving water safety; the present invention is simple in structure and low in implementation cost.
Brief Description of Drawings FIG. 1 is a structure diagram of the present invention; FIG. 2 and FIG. 3 are respectively a partial enlarged drawing of part A and part B in FIG. 1 ; and FIG. 4 is an exploded view illustrating positions of a T-shaped annular sleeve, a film pressing sleeve and a seal flat washer in the present invention.
Description of Embodiments
The present invention is described below in more detail in conjunction with accompanying drawings and embodiments.
Refer to FIG. 1 to FIG. 4, a bent outlet pipe of a faucet with a heat-shrinkable film provided by the present invention comprises a bent outlet pipe 1, wherein a water spout 2 is arranged at an outlet end of the bent outlet pipe 1, a heat-shrinkable film 3 is arranged in the bent outlet pipe 1, one end of the heat-shrinkable film 3 extends out an inlet end of the bent outlet pipe 1 and then is back sleeved on an outer wall of the bent outlet pipe 1, the other end of the heat-shrinkable film 3 is sleeved on a T-shaped annular sleeve 4, an inner concave platform 41 is arranged in the T-shaped annular sleeve 4, and, after the heat-shrinkable film 3 is sleeved on the T-shaped annular sleeve 4, the end part of the heat-shrinkable film 3 is back sleeved inwards on the inner concave platform 41, a film pressing sleeve 5 is further arranged in the inner concave platform 41 to tightly press against the heat-shrinkable film 3, an inner convex ring 21 is arranged in the water spout 2, and the inner convex ring 21 presses against and fixes the T-shaped annular sleeve 4 on the bent outlet pipe 1.
In this embodiment, preferably, a seal ring groove 11 is arranged on the outer wall of the inlet end of the bent outlet pipe 1, and the heat-shrinkable film 3 is back sleeved on the seal ring groove 11.
In order to avoid water leakage at the position of the water spout 2, preferably, a seal flat washer 6 is arranged between the inner convex ring 21 and the T-shaped annular sleeve 4.
In this embodiment, preferably, an internal thread 22 is arranged on the water spout 2 and the water spout 2 is connected and fixed on the outlet of the bent outlet pipe 1 through the internal thread 22, with convenient and reliable connection.
The bent outlet pipe of a faucet with a heat-shrinkable film provided by the present invention is manufactured by adopting a technique that includes following steps of: A: preparing a bent outlet pipe. B: placing a heat-shrinkable film in the bent outlet pipe. C: inserting a T-shaped annular sleeve into one end of the outlet of the bent outlet pipe out which the heat-shrinkable film extends, such that the heat-shrinkable film is sleeved on the T-shaped annular and the heat-shrinkable film has certain surplus to exceed the T-shaped annular. D: heating the heat-shrinkable film sleeved on the T-shaped annular, such that the heat-shrinkable film shrinks to tightly hug the T-shaped annular. E: hiding the heat-shrinkable film exceeding the T-shaped annular in the inner concave platform of the T-shaped annular. F: pressing the heat-shrinkable film in the inner concave platform using a film pressing sleeve. G: assembling a seal flat washer and a water spout. H: sleeving one end of the heat-shrinkable film extending out the inlet of the bent outlet pipe on the seal ring groove on the outer wall of the bent outlet pipe. I: heating the heat-shrinkable film at the seal ring groove, such that the heat-shrinkable film is tightly clasped on the seal ring groove. J: assembling a seal ring on the seal ring groove.
The present invention adopting the above structure, by arranging the heat-shrinkable film in the bent outlet pipe of a faucet, makes the water inside the bent outlet pipe of the faucet separated from the metallic bent pipe and prevents the metal from being soaked by water to precipitate out heavy metal, thereby effectively avoiding health damages caused thereby and greatly improving water safety; the present invention is simple in structure and low in implementation cost.
The above are preferred embodiments of the present invention merely; however, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments; any embodiments to achieve the technical effect of the present invention using any same or similar means are intended to be included within the scope of protection of the present invention.
Claims (4)
1. A bent outlet pipe of a faucet with a heat-shrinkable film, comprising a bent outlet pipe (1), wherein a water spout (2) is arranged at an outlet end of the bent outlet pipe (1), characterized in that: a heat-shrinkable film (3) is arranged in the bent outlet pipe (1), one end of the heat-shrinkable film (3) extends out an inlet end of the bent outlet pipe (1) and then is back sleeved on an outer wall of the bent outlet pipe (1), the other end of the heat-shrinkable film (3) is sleeved on a T-shaped annular sleeve (4), an inner concave platform (41) is arranged in the T-shaped annular sleeve (4), and, after the heat-shrinkable film (3) is sleeved on the T-shaped annular sleeve (4), the end part of the heat-shrinkable film (3) is back sleeved inwards on the inner concave platform (41), a film pressing sleeve (5) is further arranged in the inner concave platform (41) to tightly press against the heat-shrinkable film (3), an inner convex ring (21) is arranged in the water spout (2), and the inner convex ring (21) presses against and fixes the T-shaped annular sleeve (4) on the bent outlet pipe (1).
2. The bent outlet pipe of a faucet with a heat-shrinkable film according to claim 1, characterized in that: a seal ring groove (11) is arranged on the outer wall of the inlet end of the bent outlet pipe (1), and the heat-shrinkable film (3) is back sleeved on the seal ring groove (11).
3. The bent outlet pipe of a faucet with a heat-shrinkable film according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that: a seal flat washer (6) is arranged between the inner convex ring (21) and the T-shaped annular sleeve (4).
4. The bent outlet pipe of a faucet with a heat-shrinkable film according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that: an internal thread (22) is arranged on the water spout (2) and the water spout (2) is connected and fixed on the outlet of the bent outlet pipe (1) through the internal thread (22).
