Abstract
The present invention discloses a vertical beverage processing machine, which comprises a motor (3), a storage box I, a storage box II, processing blades, wheels (4), a drainage valve, screws (2) and storage box frames (7), wherein a motor body, a rotor, a stator, copper wires, and a housing are arranged in the motor (3); the motor (3) is arranged in the middle part of the beverage processing machine; the storage box I is arranged at the top of a beverage processing machine main body; the storage box II is arranged below the storage box I, and is in contact with the motor (3); a storage box III is arranged below the storage box II; the wheels (4) are in contact with the ground at the bottom of the beverage processing machine main body; the processing blades are arranged in a cavity of the storage box II and are connected with the motor (3); and the drainage valve is arranged beside the motor (3) and is mainly exposed to the outside. According to the vertical beverage processing machine, the structure is simple, movement is convenient, the storage amounts of fruit and beverage are large, the time is saved by labors, and working efficiency can be effectively improved. VERTICAL BEVERAGE PROCESSING MACHINE
BACKGROUND
Technical Field
The present invention relates to machines for large-scale markets, and in particular to a vertical beverage processing machine.
Related Art
Currently, it is not found that a convenient beverage processing machine exists in the large-scale markets, and the convenient beverage processing machine is mainly characterized in convenience and time and labor saving. When people is thirsty or has a rest after shopping for a long time, they must buy beverage and water in the nearby supermarket; and the machine only needs to be placed in the corner of the market, then people can quickly and convenient use it. Chinese Patent Application No. 201310221844.4 discloses a machine for processing and keeping ice cream, slush drinks and similar products, comprising a display counter (2) comprising, a plurality of visible mixing and freezing cylinders (3) for processing basic products and keeping ice cream; each mixing and freezing cylinder (3) being equipped with an access opening (4) which allows introducing the basic products to be processed to obtain the ice cream, and extracting the ice cream once its processing is complete; and a cooling circuit (7) for adjusting the temperature of the basic products and of the ice cream during the processing of the basic products and the keeping of the ice cream, respectively, in the respective mixing and freezing cylinder (3); the machine being characterized in that the cooling circuit (7) comprises a first refrigerating circuit (8) and a second heating circuit (9); the first refrigerating circuit (8) comprising respective offtake branches (10) for each mixing and freezing cylinder (3) and the second heating circuit (9) comprising respective offtake branches (11) for each mixing and freezing cylinder (3); a control unit (30) being capable of alternately activating the offtake branches (10, 11) of each mixing and freezing cylinder (3) and maintaining the temperature for processing the basic product at the same temperature for keeping the ice cream. Such machine is only suitable for fast food restaurants, and wastes labors. The machine provided by the present invention is suitable for the large-scale markets, and people can drink the beverage after quickly and conveniently processing the beverage.
Summary
In view of disadvantages in the prior art, an objective of the present invention is to provide a vertical beverage processing machine.
In order to achieve the objective described above, a technical scheme adopted by the present invention is as follows: the vertical beverage processing machine comprises a motor, a storage box I, a storage box II, processing blades, wheels, a drainage valve, screws and storage box frames, and a motor body, a rotor, a stator, copper wires and a housing are arranged in the motor; the motor is arranged in the middle part of the beverage processing machine; the storage box I is arranged at the top of a beverage processing machine main body; the storage box II is arranged below the storage box I, and is in contact with the motor; a storage box III is arranged below the storage box II; the wheels are in contact with the ground at the bottom of the beverage processing machine main body; the processing blades are arranged in a cavity of the storage box II and are connected with the motor; and the drainage valve is arranged beside the motor.
Preferably, the storage box frames match with the storage boxes.
The vertical beverage processing machine provided by the present invention has the beneficial effects: the structure is simple, movement is convenient, the storage amounts of fruit and beverage are large, labors do not take too much time, and working efficiency can be effectively improved.

Description of Embodiments
Embodiments of the present invention are described below in detail in conjunction with accompanying drawings, but the present invention may be implemented by various manners limited and covered by the appended claims.
As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, a vertical beverage processing machine comprises a motor, storage boxes, processing blades, wheels, a drainage valve and screws, and the motor consists of a motor body, a rotor, a stator, copper wires, and a housing; the motor is arranged in the middle part of the beverage processing machine; a storage box I is arranged at the top of a beverage processing machine main body and is used for covering fruit, thereby ensuring that no fruit peel leak out when the fruit is minced; a storage box II is arranged in the middle part of the beverage processing machine main body and below the storage box I, is in contact with the motor and is mainly used for mincing the fruit and containing juice; a storage box III is arranged below the storage box II and at the lowest end of the beverage processing machine main body, and is mainly used for containing beverage; the wheels are in contact with the ground at the bottom of the beverage processing machine main body and are used for moving the beverage processing machine; the processing blades are arranged in a cavity of the storage box II and are connected with the motor; the drainage valve is arranged beside the motor and at the left end of the storage box II, and is mainly exposed to the outside; and the screws are arranged in each part of a main body box. The beverage processing machine main body consists of the motor, the storage box I, the storage box II and the storage box III, the storage box II is fixedly connected with the storage box III, the storage box II is arranged in the beverage processing machine main body, and the number of the storage box frames and the number of the matched storage boxes are respectively larger than or equal to three. The beverage processing machine main body is mainly placed on the ground to work; the storage box I at the top of the beverage processing machine main body is used for containing fresh fruit; the storage box II is used for mincing the fruit and comprises the motor and the blades inside, and after the motor is powered on, the motor operates at high speed to drive the blades to operate, so that the fruit can be minced greatly, and the juice in the fruit completely comes out; and the storage box III is arranged below the storage box II, it is only used for containing the juice, and a filter screen is arranged between the storage box II and the storage box III, so that little fruit peel and pulp are resided in the juice.
