Abstract
The present invention discloses an environment-friendly stone machining device. The environment-friendly stone machining device comprises a frame (10), a motor and a stone machining mechanism (9) are arranged at the upper end of the frame (10), a cover body (11) is arranged on the frame (10), and a sound-absorption device is arranged on the inner side face of the cover body (11); a cleaning device and a washing device are arranged on one side, close to the stone machining mechanism (9), of the cover body (11); and a waste residue recovery device is arranged on the frame (10) and below the stone machining mechanism (9). The environment-friendly stone machining device provided by the present invention has the advantages: the structure design is reasonable, problems that dust pollutes the air, cooling water becomes wastewater to pollute the environment, and stone machining is seriously noisy can be simultaneously solved in a stone machining process, a problem of pollution to the surrounding environment is avoided, and the safety of the surrounding environment is guaranteed

ENVIRONMENT-FRIENDLY STONE MACHINING DEVICE
BACKGROUND
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of stone machining devices, and in particular to an environment-friendly stone machining device.
Related Art
Stones are gradually popular with the decoration industry and customers due to natural texture and ever-changing colors.
Currently, the stone machining technology has a lot of problems. In a stone machining process, stone powder dust is generated to pollute the air, cooling water becomes wastewater to pollute the environment, stone machining is seriously noisy, and machined stone wastes cannot be reutilized and are piled up to pollute the surrounding environment.
Above-mentioned problems are directly opposite to the global call to live green and environmentally friendly and protect our planet, and such problems hinder scientific development of the stone machining industry.
Summary
In view of disadvantages in the prior art, an objective of the present invention is to provide an environment-friendly stone machining device.
In order to achieve the objective described above, a technical scheme adopted by the present invention is as follows: the environment-friendly stone machining device comprises a frame, and a motor and a stone machining mechanism are arranged at the upper end of the frame, a cover body is arranged on the frame, and a sound-absorption device is arranged on the inner side face of the cover body; a cleaning device and a washing device are arranged on one side, close to the stone machining mechanism, of the cover body; and a waste residue recovery device is arranged on the frame and below the stone machining mechanism.
Preferably, the sound-absorption device is a sound-absorption cotton layer adhered to the inner side face of the cover body.
Preferably, the cleaning device comprises a fan mounted on the outer side face of the cover body and a cleaning pipe communicated with the fan, the cleaning pipe penetrates through the cover body and is mounted obliquely downwards, and an outlet of the cleaning pipe is aligned to the stone machining mechanism.
Preferably, the washing device comprises a water pump mounted on the outer side face of the cover body and a washing pipe communicated with the water pump, the washing pipe penetrates through the cover body and is mounted obliquely downwards, and an outlet of the washing pipe is aligned to the stone machining mechanism.
Preferably, the waste residue recovery device comprises a storage tank mounted on the frame and below the stone machining mechanism, and a plurality of drain holes are vertically formed in the frame above the storage tank.
Preferably, a plurality of exhaust pipes are arranged in the upper part of the cover body, and an exhaust fan corresponding to the exhaust pipes is arranged on the upper end face of the cover body.
By adopting the technical scheme described above, compared with the prior art, the environment-friendly stone machining device provided by the present invention has the advantages: problems that dust pollutes the air, cooling water becomes wastewater to pollute the environment, and stone machining is seriously noisy can be simultaneously solved in a stone machining process, a problem of pollution to the surrounding environment is avoided, and the safety of the surrounding environment is guaranteed.

Description of Embodiments
Embodiments of the present invention are described below in detail in conjunction with accompanying drawings, but the present invention may be implemented by various manners limited and covered by the appended claims.
As shown in FIG. 1, an environment-friendly stone machining device comprises a frame 10, and a motor and a stone machining mechanism 9 are arranged at the upper end of the frame 10. A cover body 11 is arranged on the frame 10, and a sound-absorption device is arranged on the inner side face of the cover body 11. A cleaning device and a washing device are arranged on one side, close to the stone machining mechanism 9, of the cover body 11, and a waste residue recovery device is arranged on the frame 10 and below the stone machining mechanism 9.
In the embodiment, the sound-absorption device is a sound-absorption cotton layer adhered to the inner side face of the cover body 11. The cleaning device comprises a fan 4 mounted on the outer side face of the cover body 11 and a cleaning pipe 3 communicated with the fan 4, the cleaning pipe 3 penetrates through the cover body 11 and is mounted obliquely downwards, and an outlet of the cleaning pipe 3 is aligned to the stone machining mechanism 9.
The washing device comprises a water pump 6 mounted on the outer side face of the cover body 11 and a washing pipe 5 communicated with the water pump 6, the washing pipe 5 penetrates through the cover body 11 and is mounted obliquely downwards, and an outlet of the washing pipe 5 is aligned to the stone machining mechanism 9.
The waste residue recovery device comprises a storage tank 8 mounted on the frame 10 and below the stone machining mechanism 9, and a plurality of drain holes 7 are vertically formed in the frame 10 above the storage tank 8. A plurality of exhaust pipes 2 are arranged in the upper part of the cover body 11, and an exhaust fan 1 corresponding to the exhaust pipes 2 is arranged on the upper end face of the cover body 11.
The environment-friendly stone machining device provided by the present invention has the advantages: the structure design is reasonable, problems that dust pollutes the air, cooling water becomes wastewater to pollute the environment, and stone machining is seriously noisy can be simultaneously solved in a stone machining process, a problem of pollution to the surrounding environment is avoided, and the safety of the surrounding environment is guaranteed.

Claims (6)

An environment-friendly stone machining device, comprising a frame (10), wherein a motor and a stone machining mechanism (9) are arranged at the upper end of the frame (10), wherein a cover body (11) is arranged on the frame (10), and a sound-absorption device is arranged on the inner side face of the cover body (11); a cleaning device and a washing device are arranged on one side, close to the stone machining mechanism (9), of the cover body (11); and a waste residue recovery device is arranged on the frame (10) and below the stone machining mechanism (9).
2. The environment-friendly stone machining device according to claim 1, wherein the sound-absorption device is a sound-absorption cotton layer adhered to the inner side face of the cover body (11).

The environment-friendly stone machining device according to claim 2, wherein the cleaning device comprises a fan (4) mounted on the outer side face of the cover body (11) and a cleaning pipe (3) communicated with the fan (4), the cleaning pipe (3) penetrates through the cover body (11) and is mounted obliquely downwards, and an outlet of the cleaning pipe (3) is aligned to the stone machining mechanism (9).

The environment-friendly stone machining device according to claim 3, wherein the washing device comprises a water pump (6) mounted on the outer side face of the cover body (11) and a washing pipe (5) communicated with the water pump (6), the washing pipe (5) penetrates through the cover body (11) and is mounted obliquely downwards, and an outlet of the washing pipe (5) is aligned to the stone machining mechanism (9).

The environment-friendly stone machining device according to claim 4, wherein the waste residue recovery device comprises a storage tank (8) mounted on the frame (10) and below the stone machining mechanism (9), and a plurality of drain holes (7) are vertically formed in the frame (10) above the storage tank (8).
6. The environment-friendly stone machining device according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of exhaust pipes (2) are arranged in the upper part of the cover body (11), and an exhaust fan (1) corresponding to the exhaust pipes (2) is arranged on the upper end face of the cover body (11).
