The intelligent bathroom device provided by the present invention ensures the temperature of the water sprayed by the shower spray to be the demanded water temperature through the arranged heating structure, thereby avoiding the waste of the water resource.
Brief Description of Drawings FIG. 1 is a structural schematic diagram of an intelligent bathroom device provided by an embodiment of the present invention.
Description of Embodiments
To make the purposes, technical schemes, and advantages of the present invention clearer, the following further describes the present invention in detail in conjunction with accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the described exemplary embodiments are only used for illustrating the present invention, but not intent to limit the present invention.
Referring to FIG. 1, FIG. 1 is a structural schematic diagram of an intelligent bathroom device provided by the present invention.
An embodiment provided by the present invention provides an intelligent bathroom device. The intelligent bathroom device comprises a bathroom electric appliance 1, an outlet pipe is connected with the bathroom electric appliance 1, and the outlet pipe is connected with a shower spray 10; an on-off valve 4 is arranged on the outlet pipe, wherein a position sensor 5 is arranged on the on-off valve 4 and is used for displaying water temperature adjusted by a user; a heating device 9 and a temperature sensor 8 are arranged on the shower spray 10; an electromagnetic valve is arranged on the on-off valve 4; and a controller 6 is used for controlling the heating device 9 to heat water in the shower spray 10 after receiving demanded water temperature detected by the position sensor 5, and after the water temperature detected by the temperature sensor 8 is not less than the demanded water temperature, the controller 6 controls and switches on the electromagnetic valve.
In the technical scheme described above, the temperature of water sprayed by the shower spray 10 is the demanded water temperature through an arranged heating structure, thereby avoiding the waste of the water resource.
In order to help to understand the bathroom device provided by the embodiment of the present invention, the following describes the bathroom device in detail in conjunction with exemplary accompanying drawings and embodiments.
Continuously referring to FIG. 1, the bathroom device provided by an embodiment comprises a bathroom electric appliance 1, a shower spray 10 connected with the bathroom electric appliance 1 and a controller 6, wherein the bathroom electric appliance 1 is connected with the shower spray 10 through an outlet pipe, the outlet pipe comprises a hot water outlet pipe 2, a cold water outlet pipe 3 and a main outlet pipe connected with the hot water outlet pipe 2 and the cold water outlet pipe 3, and the main outlet pipe is connected with the shower spray 10. A heating device 9 is arranged in the shower spray 10; when an on-off valve 4 is switched on, a position sensor 5 on the on-off valve 4 transmits temperature adjusted by the on-off valve 4 to the controller 6, the controller 6 controls the heating device 9 in the shower spray 10 to start heating water according to the received demanded temperature, the controller 6 controls and switches on an electromagnetic valve in the on-off valve 4 after the temperature of the water in the shower spray 10 achieves the demanded temperature, and at this point, the temperature of the water sprayed by the shower spray 10 is the demanded temperature, thereby helping a user to adjust the water temperature and quickly achieving the demanded temperature. Furthermore, after the user usually uses the bathroom device and fits to a temperature, the user can directly turn the on-off valve 4 to the demanded temperature when opening the bathroom device, thereby avoiding the waste of the water resource.
The position sensor 5 can be a sensor which is common in the prior art and can represent position change, and different position signals correspond to different temperature, so that the controller 6 can obtain corresponding temperature information according to position information when detecting the position information.
During concrete arrangement, the heating device 9 in the shower spray 10 can be an electric heating wire with excellent heating effect.
In a more exemplary embodiment, in order to avoid the change of water temperature, preferably an electric heating wire 11 is arranged in the hot water outlet pipe 2 and the main outlet pipe. The electric heating wire 11 synchronously heats water in the main outlet pipe, thereby ensuring the consistency of the water temperature and avoiding the change of water temperature to a maximum extent. During concrete arrangement, the electric heating wire 11 is arranged in the main outlet pipe, and the water in the main outlet pipe is heated by the arranged electric heating wire 11, so that the temperature of water in the main outlet pipe achieves the temperature of water in the shower spray 10, namely the water temperature demanded by the user, thereby ensuring that the temperature of the water sprayed by the shower spray 10 meets the demanded water temperature. Therefore, influence of the change of water temperature to the user is avoided.
Furthermore, as a preferable technical scheme, in order to avoid a situation that the electromagnetic valve is switched off when the user adjusts the water temperature in use, preferably the controller 6 is further used for, after the electromagnetic valve is switched on, switching off the electromagnetic valve till receiving a signal instructing that the position sensor 5 on the on-off valve 4 is turned off. Specifically, after the electromagnetic valve is switched on, the electromagnetic valve can be switched off only after the position sensor 5 on the on-off valve 4 is turned off. Therefore, a situation that the electromagnetic valve is switched off when the temperature of water sprayed by the shower spray 10 is lower than the temperature set by the position sensor 5 due to the fact that the user needs to adjust the water temperature to be higher in use is avoided, and the using effect of the user is improved.
Furthermore, in another exemplary embodiment, the controller 6 is further used for controlling the heating wire in the hot water outlet pipe 2 to heat the water in the hot water outlet pipe 2 to achieve the temperature of water in the bathroom electric appliance 1. The controller 6 heats the water in the hot water outlet pipe 2 to achieve the temperature of hot water in the bathroom electric appliance 1, thereby ensuring the consistency of the temperature of sprayed water, and avoiding influencing the use of the user when the temperature of the sprayed water is changed.
It is observed from the above description that the bathroom device provided by the embodiment ensures the temperature of the water sprayed by the shower spray 10 to be the demanded water temperature through the arranged heating structure, thereby avoiding the waste of the water resource.
The foregoing descriptions are merely exemplary embodiments of the present invention, and the protection scope of the present invention is not limited thereto. Any modification, equivalent replacement and improvement made within the idea and principle of the present invention should fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
