Abstract

The present invention aims to provide an environment-friendly energy-saving flushing-free closestool which does not waste water resources, does not cause pollution to environment and seals excrement using a plastic storage bag. The environment-friendly energy-saving flushing-free closestool comprises a plastic film drum cover, a plastic film drum box, a plastic film drum rack, a plastic film drum, a stool chair, a storage bag accommodating box, a transverse sealing heating roller (8), a vertical roller rotating shaft, a transverse roller rotating shaft, a rocker switch device, a micro-switch (15), a vertical sealing clamp (18), a sealing clamp pulley (22) and a sealing clamp pedal (23), wherein the rocker switch device comprises a rocking bar (12), a spring stop and a reset spring (14), and the vertical sealing clamp (18) comprises a heating plate (19), a connecting nut and a heating plate separating spring (21). The present invention is advantageous in that plastic storage bags are used to seal and bag excrement and then are stored in the accommodating box in a centralized mode, such that unfavorable smells are avoided, cleanness is kept and noises are prevented, and that the storage bags are collected and recovered by professionals at regular time to prepare fertilizers, without water flushing and thereby saving water resources

ENVIRONMENT-FRIENDLY ENERGY-SAVING FLUSHING-FREE CLOSESTOOL
BACKGROUND
Technical Field
The present invention belongs to a closestool device, and in particular is an environment-friendly energy-saving flushing-free closestool.
Related Art
The flushing principle of closestools available on the market basically includes a washdown type and a siphon type. The siphon type also is divided into a vortical siphon type and an eject siphon type.
The washdown closestool discharges excrement by using the impact of water current, in which, generally, the pool wall is relatively steep and the water storage area is relatively small, in this way, the water impact is concentrated such that the impact of the water falling surrounding the toilet seat is increased and the flushing efficiency is high. The washdown closestool has benefits that the water pipeline is simple, the pipe path is short and the pipe diameter is large (generally between 9 and 10 cm), and that excrement can be flushed out by means of the acceleration of gravity of water, the flushing process is short, gravity-fed flushing is achieved without backwater trap, big excrement can be flushed out easily and pipe blockage is difficulty caused during the flushing process; therefore, in view of water reservation, the washdown closestool is better than the siphon closestool; the biggest drawbacks of the washdown closestool are that the flushing noise is big and scale formation is easy to appear due to the small water storage area.
The siphon closestool has a structure that the drainage pipeline is in a horizontal S shape; when the drainage pipeline is full of water, certain water level difference will be generated, and excrement will be discharged by means of the suction force generated by the flushing water in the drainage pipeline in the closestool; since the siphon closestool does not discharge excrement by using the impact of water current, the water storage area in the pool is relatively big and the flushing noise is relatively small. The biggest benefit of the siphon closestool lies in small flushing noise, which is called silence. The drawback is that water needs to be stored to a very high water level before discharging excrement, and a certain amount of water is needed to achieve the purpose of flushing, specifically, at least 8 to 9 liters of water is needed every time, thus, more water is wasted when compared with the washdown closestool. The drainage pipeline of the siphon closestool has a diameter of about 5, 6 cm, and pipe blockage is easily caused during the flushing process.
At present, the water used by water-flushing closestools occupies a third of domestic water consumption; after entering the sewage system, the water will be directly discharged to a river if not subjected to sewage treatment, thereby influencing ecological environment.
Summary
The present invention aims to overcome the drawback in existing technologies and provide an environment-friendly energy-saving flushing-free closestool which does not waste water resources, does not cause pollution to environment and seals excrement using a plastic storage bag.
The aim of the present invention is realized as follows.
The environment-friendly energy-saving flushing-free closestool comprises a plastic film drum cover, a plastic film drum box, a plastic film drum rack, a plastic film drum, a stool chair, a storage bag accommodating box, a transverse sealing heating roller, a vertical roller rotating shaft, a transverse roller rotating shaft, a rocker switch device, a micro-switch, a vertical sealing clamp, a sealing clamp pulley and a sealing clamp pedal, wherein the rocker switch device comprises a rocking bar, a spring stop and a reset spring, and the vertical sealing clamp comprises a heating plate, a connecting nut and a heating plate separating spring; characterized in that: (1) the plastic film drum box is arranged on the upper part of the stool chair, and the plastic film drum rack is arranged on two sides of the plastic film drum box; (2) the plastic film drum is arranged between the two plastic film drum racks; (3) the plastic film drum cover is arranged above the plastic film drum; (4) the storage bag accommodating box is arranged at the bottom of the stool chair; (5) the rocker switch device is arranged on the front right side of the stool chair, the rocking bar of the rocker switch device penetrates through the spring stop from the outer wall of the stool chair, and the reset spring is arranged at the central position of the spring stop; (6) two transverse sealing heating rollers are arranged on the upper central position of the stool chair in parallel; (7) the vertical roller rotating shaft is connected at the transverse sealing heating roller, and the transverse roller rotating shaft is arranged at the central position of the vertical roller rotating shaft; (8) the micro-switch is arranged between the transverse roller rotating shaft and the spring stop; (9) a vertical sealing clamp pedal is arranged on the front part of the stool chair; (10) the vertical sealing clamp is arranged at the rear of the transverse sealing heating roller, on the upper part of the vertical sealing clamp the two heating plates are connected together by the connecting nut, and the separating spring is arranged between the two heating plates; (11) the lower part of the vertical sealing clamp is connected with the sealing clamp pedal through a stay cord passing through the sealing clamp pulley.
The present invention is advantageous in that plastic storage bags are used to seal and bag excrement and then are stored in the accommodating box in a centralized mode, such that unfavorable smells are avoided, cleanness is kept and noises are prevented, and that the storage bags are collected and recovered by professionals at regular time to prepare fertilizers, without water flushing and thereby saving water resources.

Description of Embodiments
The present invention is described below in more detail in conjunction with accompanying drawings.
In the present invention, the power supply adopts a 24V transformer; the plastic film 7 adopts an environment-friendly plastic material, with a width of 500mm; the transverse sealing heating roller 8 and the vertical sealing clamp 18 both have a power of 300w; and the micro-switch 15 adopts an RL6-2 model.
The environment-friendly energy-saving flushing-free closestool of the above structure has a working process as follows: plug into a power supply, fold the plastic film 7 and insert it into the transverse sealing heating roller 8, insert the l-shaped rotating head 16 of the rocking bar 12 into the rotating shaft straight slot 17 and rotate the rocking bar 12, meanwhile the micro-switch 15 is powered on, the transverse sealing heating roller 8 is electrified to heat and seal the upper end of the plastic film 7; then step on the sealing clamp pedal 23, such that the stay cord pulls the heating plates 19 through the sealing clamp pulley 22 to close the heating plates 19, thereby sealing the front end of the plastic film 7; after finishing sealing, release the sealing clamp pedal 23 such that the heating plate separating spring 21 separates the heating plates 19; when the rocking bar 12 moves the plastic film to a selected position, step on the sealing clamp pedal 23 again to seal the rear end of the plastic film 7; after the rear end of the plastic film 7 is sealed, the plastic film 7 becomes a storage bag 24, which is stored in the storage bag accommodating box; when the rocking bar 12 is released, the reset spring 14 separates the l-shaped rotating heat 16 of the rocking bar 12 from the rotating shaft straight slot 17, then the micro-switch 15 is powered off, the transverse sealing heating roller 8 and the vertical sealing clamp 18 stop heating.

1. An environment-friendly energy-saving flushing-free closestool, comprising a plastic film drum cover, a plastic film drum box, a plastic film drum rack, a plastic film drum, a stool chair, a storage bag accommodating box, a transverse sealing heating roller (8), a vertical roller rotating shaft, a transverse roller rotating shaft, a rocker switch device, a micro-switch (15), a vertical sealing clamp (18), a sealing clamp pulley (22) and a sealing clamp pedal (23), wherein the rocker switch device comprises a rocking bar (12), a spring stop and a reset spring (14), and the vertical sealing clamp (18) comprises a heating plate (19), a connecting nut and a heating plate separating spring (21), characterized in that: (1) the plastic film drum box is arranged on the upper part of the stool chair, and the plastic film drum rack is arranged on two sides of the plastic film drum box; (2) the plastic film drum is arranged between the two plastic film drum racks; (3) the plastic film drum cover is arranged above the plastic film drum; (4) the storage bag accommodating box is arranged at the bottom of the stool chair; (5) the rocker switch device is arranged on the front right side of the stool chair, the rocking bar (12) of the rocker switch device penetrates through the spring stop from the outer wall of the stool chair, and the reset spring (14) is arranged at the central position of the spring stop; (6) two transverse sealing heating rollers (8) are arranged on the upper central position of the stool chair in parallel; (7) the vertical roller rotating shaft is connected at the transverse sealing heating roller (8), and the transverse roller rotating shaft is arranged at the central position of the vertical roller rotating shaft; (8) the micro-switch (15) is arranged between the transverse roller rotating shaft and the spring stop; (9) a vertical sealing clamp pedal is arranged on the front part of the stool chair; (10) the vertical sealing clamp (18) is arranged at the rear of the transverse sealing heating roller (8), on the upper part of the vertical sealing clamp (18) the two heating plates (19) are connected together by the connecting nut, and the separating spring is arranged between the two heating plates (19); (11) the lower part of the vertical sealing clamp (18) is connected with the sealing clamp pedal (23) through a stay cord passing through the sealing clamp pulley (22).
