Abstract

A compact device for introducing bulk goods into a conveyor pipe line comprises an outlet pipe which can be connected to a conveyor pipe line, an inlet pipe arranged at an angle to the outlet pipe and forming an inlet opening in the outlet pipe, and a closure member which is arranged axially displaceably in the region of the opening of the inlet pipe such that it is adjustable between a retracted position in which the opening of the inlet pipe is freed, and an advanced position in which the opening of the inlet pipe is closed. A channel is formed in the closure member with its first end opening substantially axially into the outlet pipe and its second end connectable to a conveying gas supply.
