Based on the examples in the present invention, all other examples obtained by those ordinary in the art without creative work fall within the scope of protection of the present invention.
Example 1
Please refer to FIGS. 1-5. The present invention provides the following technical solutions. An orthopedic reduction and fixation orthosis for orthopedics includes a calf guard 1. Connecting devices 3 are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the calf guard 1, a thigh guard 2 is arranged at the other ends of the connecting devices 3, movable grooves 8 are disposed at two ends of the calf guard 1, movable grooves 8 are also disposed at two ends of the thigh guard 2, clamping components 4 are arranged inside the movable grooves 8, arc-shaped rods 5 are arranged on sides of the clamping components 4, buffer fitting components 6 are arranged on the sides of the arc-shaped rods 5 close to the calf guard 1, and telescopic devices 7 are arranged on two sides of the calf guard 1.
Specifically, the clamping components 4 include movable blocks 41, clamping teeth 42, matching toothed plates 43, pressing rods 44, compression blocks 45 and clamping springs 46, Among them, the movable blocks 41 are arranged inside the movable grooves 8, sides of the movable blocks 41 are connected to the arc-shaped rods 5, the clamping teeth 42 are arranged below the movable blocks 41, the matching 600855 toothed plates 43 are arranged below the clamping teeth 42, the pressing rods 44 are arranged below the matching toothed plates 43, the compression blocks 45 are fixedly arranged on the surfaces of the pressing rods 44, and the clamping springs 46 are 5 arranged above the compression blocks 45.
By adopting the above technical solution, by pushing the arc-shaped rods 5 inward, the movement of the arc-shaped rods 5 drives the movable blocks 41 to move.
The inward movement of the movable blocks 41 drives the matching toothed plates 43 to move up and down through the movement of the clamping teeth 42. The matching toothed plates 43 fix the movable blocks 41 through the clamping springs 46, and then fix the leg. When it is necessary to move the arc-shaped rods 5 outward, the pressing rods 44 are pressed downward. The movement of the pressing rods 44 drives the compression blocks 45 to move. The movement of the compression blocks 45 causes the clamping springs 46 to deform, thereby driving the matching toothed plates 43 to move downward and disengage from the clamping teeth 42. Then, the arc-shaped rods 5 may be pulled outward. When the device is in use, when people push the arc-shaped rods 5 to fix the leg, the arc-shaped rods 5 may be automatically clamped, which improves the convenience of use.
Specifically, sliding grooves 48 are disposed above the movable grooves 8, sliding blocks 47 are arranged inside the sliding grooves 48, and the sliding blocks 47 are arranged above the movable blocks 41.
By adopting the above technical solution, the cooperation between the sliding blocks 47 and the sliding grooves 48 facilitates the movement of the movable blocks 41 in the movable grooves 8.
Specifically, the clamping springs 46 are located between the compression blocks 45 and the matching toothed plates 43, and the matching toothed plates 43 may clamp the movable blocks 41 under the action of the clamping springs 46.
By adopting the above technical solution, the clamping springs 46 facilitate the cooperation between the matching toothed plates 43 and the clamping teeth 42 to fix the movable blocks 41.
When this example is in use: When the leg of the injured person needs to be reset, 600855 the leg is fixed and reset by the orthopedic orthosis. First, the length of the calf guard 1 is adjusted according to the length of the leg to be corrected through the telescopic devices 7. The angle between the calf guard 1 and the thigh guard 2 is adjusted through the connecting devices 3. Then, the leg to be reset is placed in the orthosis, and then the calf is made to fit the calf guard 1, and the thigh is made to fit the thigh guard 2. Then, it is fixed by the arc-shaped rods 5. By pushing the arc-shaped rods 5 inward, the movement of the arc-shaped rods 5 drives the movable blocks 41 to move.
Example 2
The difference between this example and Example 1 is as follows. Specifically, the buffer fitting components 6 include buffer plates 61, sponge pads 62, buffer rods 64, buffer springs 65 and limiting blocks 67, Among them, the buffer rods 64 are arranged through the surfaces of the arc-shaped rods 5, the buffer plates 61 are arranged at ends of the buffer rods 64 located inside the arc-shaped rods 5, the limiting blocks 67 are arranged at the other ends of the buffer rods 64, the buffer springs 65 are arranged on the surfaces of the buffer rods 64, and the buffer springs 65 are located between the arc-shaped rods 5 and the buffer plates 61, and the sponge pads 62 are arranged on sides of the buffer plates 61.
By adopting the above technical solution, when the arc-shaped rods 5 move inward to fix the leg, when the leg fits the buffer plates 61, the buffer plates 61 buffer 600855 the fixing force of the arc-shaped rods 5 through the buffer rods 64 and the buffer springs 65. The sponge pads 62 facilitate increasing the comfort of the contact between the buffer plates 61 and the leg. The limiting blocks 67 facilitate preventing the buffer rods 64 from disengaging from the arc-shaped rods 5. When the device is in use, through the close contact between the buffer plates 61 and the leg, the fixing effect is good, and it may buffer the pressure on the leg, improving the fixing effect and comfort for the leg.
Specifically, moving grooves 66 are symmetrically disposed on the surfaces of the arc-shaped rods 5, and spring pads 63 are arranged at two ends of the buffer springs 65.
By adopting the above technical solution, the moving grooves 66 facilitate the movement of the buffer rods 64, and the spring pads 63 facilitate preventing the buffer springs 65 from loosening.
When this example is in use: When the arc-shaped rods 5 move inward to fix the leg, when the leg fits the buffer plates 61, the buffer plates 61 buffer the fixing force of the arc-shaped rods 5 through the buffer rods 64 and the buffer springs 65. The sponge pads 62 facilitate increasing the comfort of the contact between the buffer plates 61 and the leg. The limiting blocks 67 facilitate preventing the buffer rods 64 from disengaging from the arc-shaped rods 5. The moving grooves 66 facilitate the movement of the buffer rods 64, and the spring pads 63 facilitate preventing the buffer springs 65 from loosening. When the device is in use, through the close contact between the buffer plates 61 and the leg, the fixing effect is good, and it may buffer the pressure on the leg, improving the fixing effect and comfort for the leg.
The structures and working principles of the calf guard 1, the thigh guard 2, the connecting devices 3, and the telescopic devices 7 in the present invention have been disclosed in an orthopedic reduction and fixation orthosis for orthopedics with the
Chinese patent application number 202122701330.1.
The working principle and usage process of the present invention is as follows.
When the leg of the injured person needs to be reset, the leg is placed in the orthopedic orthosis for fixation and reset. The orthopedic orthosis plays a role in 600855 fixing and protecting the leg to facilitate the recovery of the leg.
When the arc-shaped rods 5 move inward to fix the leg, when the leg fits the buffer plates 61, the buffer plates 61 buffer the fixing force of the arc-shaped rods 5 through the buffer rods 64 and the buffer springs 65.
Although examples of the present invention have been shown and described, it will be understood by those ordinary in the art that numerous changes, modifications, 600855 substitutions and variations may be made to these examples without departing from the principles and spirit of the present invention, the scope of which is defined by the appended claims and equivalents.
