Description

CANNULATED SCREW LOCATOR FOR FEMORAL NECK 505266
FRACTURE
TECHNICAL FIELD
The invention relates to the technical field of medical instruments, in particular to a cannulated screw locator for femoral neck fracture.
BACKGROUND
Femoral neck fracture is the most common injury of hip, and its incidence rate is second only to the distal fracture of torsion bone in the whole body fracture. This kind of fracture is mostly caused by careless fall and hip landing. After the injury, the hip hurts and the patient can't stand and walk. Femoral neck fractures in young people are mostly caused by strong violence such as car accidents or falls from high places. Most of the femoral neck fractures have obvious displacement, and because of the large leverage in this part, the fractures are unstable, so most of them need surgical treatment.
In the operation of treating femoral neck fracture, the commonly used method is closed reduction and internal fixation. In this treatment process, the joint capsule is not cut, the fracture end is not exposed, the blood circulation of femoral head is less disturbed, and the risk of postoperative complications is low, and the effect is the most ideal.
However, in the operation of femoral neck fracture in the prior art, the locator is usually used to position and guide the insertion of steel needles, but in actual operation, multiple steel needles need to be inserted to fix the fracture site, and the angle and position of each needle need to be determined, which is troublesome and inconvenient for the operator to operate.
Aiming at the above problems, a cannulated screw locator for femoral neck fracture is proposed. After nailing the first steel needle, it can quickly follow up the positioning of multiple steel needles, and at the same time avoid repeated placement and positioning, which is convenient for operators to operate and use.
